We developed new algorithms and routines for solving 3D Navier-Stokes equations, in collaboration with LIMSI (Olivier Le Maître, Yann Fraigneau). We developed a tridiagonal solver using vectorization techniques. We also modified the solver for clusters of multicores, combining MPI and OpenMP, and we adapted he Helmholtz-like and Poisson solvers to GPUs.
