Résumé :
Exploring the use of Graphic Processor Unit (GPGPU) as a general purpose co-processor to increase the computational power has been an active research field since the release of the CUDA language in 2007. GPUs have now become an integrated component in devices like smartphones, games console or even modern CPUs. Integrated GPUs are an essential part of these chipsets as performance and energy efficiency are the main concerns. In this talk, we will discuss the programming model of integrated graphics and their advantages as we now have the newest NVIDIA Tegra system-on-chip available for the ParSys team.
