Extraction optimisée d'informations pertinentes à partir de données complexes et hétérogènes issues de comparaisons génomiques

The project aims to meet the challenges raised by the present and future deluge of genomic data. The objective was to gather within a data warehouse relevant data and to make them available to various approaches of data mining in spite of their heterogeneity. Basically, we have designed an integrated resource for microbial genomics. A graphic interface has been developed to allow efficient, simple still expressive queries in order to extract relevant pieces of knowledge through a visual and interactive system. This makes possible to cross-fertilize and analyze in finest details all available genomic data.
